Click on the Local Hotels menu and a list of some of the local hotels are available. There are room blocks for 3 local hotels, all within 20 minutes of the venue. Please be aware the courtesy room blocks expire on September 29, 2025.

No, there is no shuttle service to and from hotels. But all hotels are within 6-20 minutes of venue.

There is a large parking lot with ample space. A golf cart service will be available to those that need assistance from the parking lot to the wedding garden and to the cocktail and reception sites and back to the parking lot at the end of the evening.

Newark Liberty International Airport, Newark, New Jersey. JFK and LaGuardia in New York are available, but not as convenient.

Wear what makes you comfortable. Maybe something dressy casual. You being there is what's important. We prefer no jeans and sneakers. The ceremony will be in a garden, wear footwear that will be easy to walk in on the ground, stilettos not recommended.

There will be a plentiful cocktail hour with a welcome signature cocktail and beverage offered so you don't have to wait at the bar. There will be a full open bar of premium beverages and cocktails, no shots. The dinner will be a bistro style with 2 options offered on each plate. There will be a chicken and seafood option, and a vegetarian option, plated with seasonal vegetables and sides. Dessert is wedding cake and a coffee bar that includes espressos and cappuccinos.

There is no gift registry, we pretty much have all that we need. There are just a few options on the registry page of this website. If you would like to give us a gift; thank you, that is generous of you and we appreciate it. There is a cash fund registry link on the next page - "For our best years ... together." Thank you!

We would like to keep the guest list just to those we love and know well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation. We wish we could accommodate additional guests but want to keep those in attendance to those that we know best.

Waterloo Village is a beautiful picturesque venue. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside. If it is too cold or rainy, it will be moved inside. The typical weather forecast for NJ in November is 53 degrees with some cloud cover.
