Wyndham Guests: Please board the bus at 2:40 pm. The bus will leave promptly at 2:50 pm to head to the other hotels.

Heritage Guests: Please gather at the south entrance, but the spa to board the buses at 3 pm. The first bus will leave as soon as it is full and the second bus will leave at 3:15 sharp. You will board the bus under the green awning.

We have enough space on the buses for people who requested it in their RSVP. If you did not request space on the shuttle, please hang back to see if there are extra spots before taking a seat from someone who requested it.

One shuttle will leave the reception at 10 pm and the other will leave at the end of the festivities at 10:30 pm. Both will stop at each hotel.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. If you put the address into your GPS it should take you right there. Please note, there are two driveways for 68 Kasson Road. Make sure you take the dirt driveway that leads to the big red barn. Please park on the grass along the driveway.

Immediately following the ceremony, please join us on the same grounds for cocktail hour. Cocktail hour will end around 5:30 pm and will be followed by dinner and dancing in the big red barn. Shuttles will leave Wyndcrest, headed back to both the Heritage and the Wyndham, at 10 pm and 10:30 pm.
