All events will be taking place OUTDOORS at the Rock Creek Schoolhouse.

Feel free to arrive anytime from Thursday night (9/19) all the way up to Saturday afternoon (9/21) before the wedding. There is plenty to do and see in the NE Oregon area (see the 'Personal Recreational Activities' page) so we are welcoming folks to stay/camp the whole weekend. We will be having events Friday night-Sunday morning.

Semi formal, but comfortable footwear and warm layers required. All of our events will be outdoors and mostly on grass (heels not recommended). Please feel free to come in whatever you are comfortable in! Neckties not required.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm on Saturday, 9/21.

The weather will be warm and dry, likely 70s during the day (ceremony) before dropping into the low 40's or cooler at night. No propane heaters offered, only dancing.

Yes, parking will be available at the venue in the field directly south of the venue. Please try to carpool as much as possible.

Yes! We have plenty of space for people looking to camp. Both tents, vehicles, and small RVs are welcome. Please see the "Travel" page for more info, and contact either Tom or Kara beforehand to let us know if you are planning to camp.

Yes, kids are welcome! Please make sure to include them on your RSVP.
