Explore downtown Baker City!

Joseph is a cute little town about 1.5 hours east of La Grande. It has a small downtown with shopping and eating. It also sits next to Wallowa Lake, which has a state park that's great for camping, hiking, and lake activities.

There is also a tram (Wallowa Lake Tramway) that you can take from the valley floor to the top of Mt. Howard at 8,200'.
