Karen and Kevin took their leap of faith and began dating.

Kevin had recently graduated from college, while Karen was in her senior year at Saint Vincent. Kevin made many trips to see her, and they spent most of the beginning of the relationship at Saint Vincent. This picture is from the fall Classy Dance, which is the first time they ever danced together!

Our first Christmas together at St. John the Baptist. Little did they know that they would be getting married there three years later!

Karen graduates from Saint Vincent College. Now both are college grads and no longer have to travel as far to see each other.

While at a Pirate game, a foul ball came towards the couple. Thanks to Kevin's quick thinking, he blocked the ball from hitting Karen head on. What a catch!

The couple enjoys their first anniversary of dating at Monterey Bay Fish Grotto. Best part was definitely the gluten free crab cakes!

Kevin found out about "Return to the Lord" at Epiphany Church, so the two began going together when they could. Karen had suggested the week prior that they pray a novena to "Our Lady of Hope." On this day, they finished the novena, and both felt a deeper understanding of the vocation God was calling them to.

The two enjoy kayaking in Sandbridge, Virginia.

Knowing how important the grotto at Saint Vincent was to the beginning of their relationship, Kevin knew this would be the best place to propose. Karen said yes to taking a new leap of faith with him: to bring each other to heaven.
