1. WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible and no later than February 1st 2026. You can RSVP right on this wedding site!

2. DO I HAVE TO STAY AT BARCELO MAYA BEACH RESORT?

We strongly encourage and kindly request you stay with us! This is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME chance to have a vacation with your closest friends and families!

Ideally, we would love to spend as much time possible with you.

The resort brings everyone together while also making your travel simple, so you can simply relax and enjoy.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that should you choose not to stay at the resort, you will need to make your own arrangement to get to the venue and you will have to pay a guest fee which we have no control over as this is the resorts policy. We apologize for any inconvenience.

3. HOW CAN I FIND OUT INSIDER TRAVEL AND RESORT INFO?

You can join the Barceló Mayan Beach/Caribe/colonial /tropical/palace Facebook group. It has 80K members and is very useful for finding info or asking questions

4. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wedding Day:

Beach semi-formal -

The ceremony will take place on the beach so there will be sand! don't be afraid to kick off your shoes or wear flip flops. High heels are not a good option! There will be a photographer to take a group shot after the ceremony so flash us your best smiles

5. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN AN "ALL-INCLUSIVE"

The rate you pay to stay at Barcelo Maya Beach includes the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports.

Please note that some activities will require an additional fee such as spa services or private tours and excursions.

Tipping the hardworking staff, if you choose to do so, is appreciated and there are some guidelines on the Facebook site

6. DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY?
