The hotel offers 6 restaurants, all with views of the Caribbean Sea. Buffet and à la carte restaurants specialising in Brazilian, French, Caribbean (seafood), Italian and Japanese. All this is included in the Barceló All Inclusive programme, and is exclusively for guests staying at the hotel.

The complex boasts excellent facilities including 3 wonderful swimming pools, one for adults only and a children's water park. It also offers a fitness studio, shopping centre, U-Spa/Beauty Salon ($), U-Kids Spa ($) and a miniclub. In the evening, there's a wealth of entertainment and leisure activities on offer.

With the Barceló All Inclusive programme, you can access the buffet restaurants, bars and swimming pool and beach facilities at Barceló Maya Beach, Barceló Maya Caribe, Barceló Maya Colonial and Barceló Maya Tropical. However, unless you stay at the Adults Only or the Palace, you can not access their restaurants, pools or activities.
