Our meal includes rolls, trio of flavoured butters, a small pasta dish, spinach and strawberry salad, choice of main course, dessert Triple Chocolate Mousse, Coffee, Tea and Nescafe Service (No, we could not get George Clooney or Eva Longoria). We will also provide a late night offering of Windsor Style Pizza.

Please choose one of the following Main Courses:

1. Braised Short Ribs - Classic boneless braised ribs with garlic and whipped potato and french benas. Served with red wine au jus.

2. Spinach Artichoke Chicken Supreme - Chicken supreme stuffed with baby spinach, artichoke and herbed cream cheese. Accompanied with sweet potato duchess, yellow and green bean almondine with dijon veloute.

3. Cajun Salmon - Cajun crusted oven roasted Atlantic Salmon with a tropical fruit salsa. Accompanied with Lemon and Oregano Baby White Skin Potatoes, Ginger Sesame Bok Choy and Carrots.

4. Moroccan Style Stuffed Pepper - A blend of roasted mediterranean vegetable tagine and sundried raisins. Served on a bed of Couscous. ( Vegan Entree)
