St. Clair College Centre for the Arts sits on the banks of the Detroit River and offers an outstanding view of the Detroit skyline. It is located at the corner of Ferry Street and Riverside Drive in Windsor, Ontario. Parking is available nearby at: Precise Parklink Parking Garage at 275 Pitt Street West, which is behind the Centre for the Arts. A fee is charged upon exit. Downtown Windsor Street Parking There is a fee for parking at meters in the downtown core and is enforced Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Metered street parking is free after hours or on Sundays and holidays. Waterfront Parking can be found along Riverside Dr. A fee is charged. Please refer to the City of Windsor Website for detailed parking information. Downtown municipal parking garages are located throughout the downtown core and operate 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Credit cards and cash are accepted at most of the parking garages. Please Note: the parking garage at One Riverside Drive West off Ferry Street charges a flat rate of $20 on some occasions.
