In 2012, we first crossed paths at a church where Brian went with his siblings and Karianne went to youth group events with her friend. We didn't talk to each other at the time, but each unknowingly made a good impression. Six years later in 2018, Brian would frequent a bagel store where Karianne happened to work. He instantly recognized her and always wondered if she was single. With the fear of being embarrassed, Brian would politely say hello and go on his day. It wasn't until one day, Karianne and her co-worker visited Brian's place of employment and he knew this would be a great opportunity to take his shot. Before we know it, we're catching up about how we remember each other from 6 years ago. After that day, Brian finally found Karianne on Instagram and asked for her phone number. We had our first date at Mama's Cafe Baci and on October 9th, 2018, we were officially boyfriend and girlfriend.

Since then, so many memories have been made, including moving in together, starting new careers, and our puppy Nova joining the family.

On November 6th, 2022, near the bridge over the Raritan River, Brian asked Karianne to marry him. Needless to say, she said YES, and was left shaking for the rest of the day with the excitement of marrying her best friend.
