Please RSVP by October 25th, 2024. Please note the last day to secure a room under our hotel block is October 23rd. After that, rooms may not be available, and different rates would apply.

We prefer you RSVP here on our website, but you're welcome to contact us directly to RSVP as well.

Our ceremony inside the barn will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos + videos throughout the course of the reception! This is such a special day for us + we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be in the moment with us!

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM inside the barn at the Hamilton Manor. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes prior! The doors for the barn will be closed at 4:30 PM sharp for further entry. Please be sure to plan accordingly.

Shuttle transportation will be available to any guests staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott or at the Courtyard by Marriott, both to and from The Hamilton Manor. We want you to enjoy yourself and have a safe option to get back to the hotel after the reception!

Yes! There is limited parking available at the Hamilton Manor, however no vehicles can be left parked on the premises overnight. The Hamilton Manor is not responsible for any vehicles or possessions in any vehicles, regardless of its location.

Dress for a celebration! We would love everyone to be in semi-formal/cocktail attire.
