There are so many breweries, wineries, distilleries, and cider houses in this region I probably would run out of room trying to capture them all. If you want to enjoy a sip or two there are probably 4 locations within a 5 minute walk of wherever you're staying.

Hood River is a tourist destination akin to a small version of Bend, OR. Shopping, Restaurants, Tours, and much more is available in the small town just 10 minutes down the road.

honestly it's probably too cold for these activities right now, but you never know who wants to put on a wetsuit and do it anyways. This region is known for it's windsurfing and Kiteboarding!

I personally, have never seen Big Horn Rams nor Sasquatch in the area, but the stories are thrown about willy-nilly. In fact there are several people attending the wedding who might have some tales to tell in this regard.
