We would love if our family and friends could join us in dressing up for the occasion. We kindly request a formal dress code for our wedding. If you would like to add a little western flair to your ensemble, be our guest! For example, a fancy midi or maxi dress or suit. Please note, the ceremony will be hosted outside, with a continued indoor/outdoor vibe so please dress for all weather! Please wear shoes that are comfortable on grass, maybe cowboy boots and bring a light jacket for the evening as it cools down close to the mountains!

Names of invited guests are listed on your invitation and in your RSVP. Please do not bring additional guests beyond your invited party number.

Please arrive for our wedding ceremony 20-30 minutes before start time at 3:00pm. This will be followed by a cocktail hour and mingle. We will be hosting a casual, informal dinner followed by speeches and dances. We will celebrate together by dancing the night away and enjoying all our guests' amazing company!

Beverages will be on us during cocktail hour, during dinner and speeches. During our dance and party we will have a toonie bar. PLEASE BRING CASH. (NO ATM ON SITE). Due to limited service we can only accept cash at the venue. We’ll have a selection of drinks available. If there’s something specific you love, you’re welcome to bring your preferred drink.

Yes, our intention is to hold the ceremony outdoors and move into our dinner and party space for the evening. Alberta weather can be unpredictable, please come prepared for sun or rain! If you have a large umbrellas, please bring it incase of a light shower. We also recommend a jacket for the evening.

We have decided to have an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away at this time. Once the ceremony has concluded, feel free to take any pictures or videos you like!
