WEATHER

September weather in Grand County is pleasant with sunny days, mild temperatures averaging in the 60s to low 70s, and crisp nights dipping into the 30s and 40s.

Keep in mind that weather can fluctuate at higher elevations. Plan accordingly for the ceremony by monitoring the weather and bringing an addition layer.

ELEVATION

As we celebrate and elevate our love to the next step (pun intended) please stay mindful of the higher altitude. Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration and altitude sickness symptoms like headache or nausea. The effects of alcohol can feel amplified, so consume responsibly. The air is dry up here and the sun bright, so don't forget to pack your lotions, chap sticks, and sunglasses.

CHILDREN

Respectfully, the wedding will be a child free event.

This does not mean you shouldn't bring your little ones along for a long weekend filled with memories. The couple will help arrange childcare for your kids on an as needed basis. Base Camp One is about 50 feet from the venue. This is a good lodging option for those with kids, so you can be close by.

Children are welcome at the elevation acclimation party and at the farewell brunch.

RSVPING

You will RSVP on this wedding website under the RSVP tab. The deadline for RSVPs will be September 1st.
