FAQ

How do I RSVP?

The RSVP is available under the RSVP tab. We are only taking RSVPs via this website.

Is the venue outside or inside?

The ceremony site and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be inside.

What is the dress code?

Festive Cocktail. Please refer to the dress code tab.

How do I get to the venue?

You will want to arrive at the entrance of Base Lodge. Turn right off Highway 40 at the Granby Ranch sign (if you pass the gas station and City Market you went too far). Follow the road to the entrance, at the bottom of the hill turn right toward Base Lodge. (If you hit Base Camp One, you went about 50 feet too far.)

When/where should I arrive?

Please arrive at the entrance of Base Lodge 20 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Can you send me a link to your registry?

We do not have a registry and do not expect gifts. If you would still like to bring a gift, please bring cash.

Where should I stay?

There are plenty of accommodations available at the venue and throughout Grand County. Please refer to the Travel + Lodging tab.

Can I bring my kids?

Respectfully, the wedding will be a child free event. Children will be allowed at the elevation acclimation party and at the farewell brunch.

What kind of food and drinks will there be?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a open bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes - This will be indicated in the RSVP.

When is everything?

We will have events going on from Thursday, September 12th through Saturday, September 14th. Timelines are still TBD but will be in the itinerary tab when determined.

Do I get a plus one?

This will be indicated in your RSVP.

Is there a room block?

No - there is a discount if you book with VACASA. Please refer to the Travel + Lodging tab.

Is there a shuttle?

We will have a shuttle running before and after the wedding.
