Snack platters provided at cocktail hour; dinner buffet consists of meat and veggie options with various sides. Drinks provided at cocktail hour; wine provided at dinner; venue bar available (sorry - open bar was not an option!); you're welcome to come mix a drink at the Basecamp Chalet before the reception (various beverages provided)

Formal or semi-formal

The Raven Lodge is directly beside the start of the Strathcona Park hiking trails. Lake Hellen McKenzie is approximately a 6km out and back hike. Alternatively, the board walks at the start of the hiking area are flat, and make a comfortable stroll.
