Half dome is one of our favorite hikes in the park. It’s a 14 mile round trip hike that ends with cables to hike to the top of the half dome rock formation. Beautiful and a little technical. To climb the cables, you do have to get a permit. This is just to limit traffic on the cables to allow a safer hike.

This is a light hike that overlooks Yosemite Valley. Beautiful at sunset. This is also the location of our engagement.
