polish zapiekana- a pizza baguette hybrid originating in kraków

plac nowy, a concrete square in the jewish quarter is jam packed with stalls serving them with an infinite amount of topping pairings. people have their favorite stall but i'm convinced they're all the same. the goral (mountaineer) one my favorite. it's topped with bacon, cranberry sauce, and smoked sheep's cheese.
