The closest airport to the venue is the Rzeszów-Jasionka airport. There are not a ton of flights into Rzeszów, but there are direct flights from JFK weekly and flights from London, Dublin, and Munich a few times a day.

The airport is about 20 minutes from the city. Uber and Bolt are both available in Rzeszów.

The airport in Kraków is Kraków-Balice. There are flights to and from most major European cities and weekly flights to Chicago and JFK.

The airport is around a half hour drive from the center of Krakow. There is a train to the main train station that leaves twice an hour and takes 17 minutes. You can buy tickets on the train.

A direct train leaves from the main station in Kraków (called Dworzec Główny Kraków in Polish) to Rzeszów (Dworzec Główny Rzeszów) about every hour.

We recommend booking seats at least a few days in advance to guarantee a seat.

The drive takes between 1.5 and 2 hours and is very straightforward. You will take the E40 (highway) east out of Kraków for around 100 miles and roll right into Rzeszów.

For our out of town guests, we will be arranging a shuttle to and from the venue. The shuttle will leave the Parking Podpromie (Podpromie, 35-959 Rzeszów) at 3pm. The parking lot is about a 10-15 minute from the main square.
