Hike a scenic 2-mile loop on the shores of Unicoi Lake, weaving in and out of the surrounding tree-filled hills. Take in the reflections of the mountains, then head north to see where the stream meets a cliff- Anna Ruby Falls. These rare twin waterfalls offer stroller, kid, and pet friendly walkways to enjoy the views, no matter what age (or species)!

The 48th Annual Oktoberfest is Helen's biggest celebration! German music, dancing, food & drinks, in the heart of Georgia's Germantown. Oktoberfest will run daily from the start of October until Sunday, October 28, 2018. This festival is a great way to make your visit into a longer vacation!
