Online Booking Instructions:

1. 1) Visit our hotel website directly at www.allegrochicago.com
2. 2) Click on Reservations
3. 3) Enter your group code 12400208149 in the "Meeting/Group Code" field (see screen shot )
4. 4) Select the arrival and departure dates, number of adults and number of rooms
5. 5) Click "Check Availability"
6. 6) The hotel will display your contracted Group Rate. In the event your Group Rate does not display it is possible your travel dates are outside of the contracted Group Negotiated Rates and Dates. If this is the case, please select from our publicly available rates or call Reservations at 1-800-KIMPTON.

You may also contact our In House Reservations at 312 325 7211 and request the Beal-Tiagonce rate during your stay dates. Guest must mention the Beal-Tiagonce Wedding in order to receive the special rate ($189/night for rooms, $289 for suites). The In House Reservation team is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm central standard time. The reservations office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. If a guest calls over this time their call will be returned the next business day.

The Hotel Allegro has a 72-hour cancellation policy in place for all group bookings. Any reservation cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date, 6:00 pm, Central Standard Time zone will incur a penalty charge equal to one night's room and tax charges, to be applied to the individuals guaranteeing credit card.
Our check-in time is 3:00 pm, and our check-out time is 12:00 pm Noon.
