Please find the shuttle schedule detailed below. Please arrive at your designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We have a total of three shuttles:

Shuttle 1: Picks up exclusively at the DoubleTree.

Shuttle 2: Picks up exclusively at the Kimpton.

Shuttle 3: Picks up at both the Kimpton and the DoubleTree.

Hotel Departure Times

4:00PM - DoubleTree Hotel (Shuttles 1 & 3)

Shuttles will pick up in the DoubleTree parking lot, to the left as you exit the main entrance. Both shuttles will depart from the DoubleTree at 4:00 PM — Shuttle 1 will go directly to Veritas, while Shuttle 3 will make a stop at the Kimpton first.

4:10PM - Kimpton Hotel (Shuttle 2)

4:15PM - Kimpton Hotel (Shuttle 3)

Shuttles will be available for pick-up on Duffy Boulevard, located to the right of the hotel as you exit the main entrance.

Veritas Departure Times

10:00PM - Early Bird Shuttle

For guests planning to depart the reception early, a shuttle will be available, leaving Veritas at 10:00 PM and providing drop-offs at both hotels. The DJ will announce when the shuttle arrives.

11:45PM - End of Night Shuttles

Once the dance floor has closed and the sparkler send-off is complete, shuttles will be available to transport all remaining guests back to both hotels.
