On October 2, 2022, after meeting on a dating app, Kate somehow convinced Joe to go out for coffee...at 8:30 pm (on a work night!?). Joe had promised himself to start saying "yes" more, and when Kate said they should still go out that night, neither of them knew that it would lead to forever. They chatted until after midnight and quickly started spending all of their free time with each other. Joe moved in and 2.5 years later, got down on a knee with both of their families present to celebrate.
