On October 2, 2022, after meeting on a dating app, Kate somehow convinced Joe to go out for coffee...at 8:30 pm (on a work night!?). Joe had promised himself to start saying "yes" more, and when Kate said they should still go out that night, neither of them knew that it would lead to forever. They chatted until after midnight and quickly started spending all of their free time with each other. Joe moved in and 2.5 years later, got down on a knee with both of their families present to celebrate. Both of Kate and Joe's stories started long before meeting one another. A special thank you to each and every one of you who have been part of their story until now, and thank you for being here to celebrate the beginning of their forever.

Gina and Kate met in college at Stockton University. They survived (maybe even thrived?) in the Sustainability program and became best friends for life. They've driven across the country together and fell in love with National Parks. They've visited 7 National Parks together! Gina's dog, Pepper, is Dusk's sister!

Gina Fagliarone

Lina and Kate met in 7th grade homeroom. They quickly became best friends and got to go to MATES together for high school. They spent lots of summer days at the beach together and  have so many memories of sleepovers and going on bike ride adventures. Lina started Kate's love of sea glass hunting.

Lina Griffin

Kate and Jenna met in high school at MATES and became best friends during research field trips and overnights. They spent several summers working together at the bagel store and have made more tie dye shirts together than any one person should own. Forever Kate's partner in shenanigans.

Jenna Kwiecinski

Kate and Kate met in pottery class in Fairfield, CT. The instructor sat them across from one another thinking it would be funny since they had the same name, and they ended up having so much in common and becoming best friends! Kate squared loves to go hiking and camping together and try out cute coffee shops on their adventures. Kate and her fiancé, Josh, are arguably some of Dusk's favorite humans!

Travel Details

A block of rooms has been set aside for our guests for June 19th and 20th on a first come first serve basis. To take advantage of the discounted rate of $169+tax/night, please book before 5/18/2026. We recommend calling and using the menu option for speak to the front desk to book directly with hotel staff using the block code Doherty Prah 2026 Additional rooms outside of this block will depend on hotel availability. Rooms can be booked for the night of the 20th by itself if you plan to travel in on the morning of. The hotel said they can typically accommodate early check in for wedding guests.
