Ceremony begins at 4pm sharp. Please be at the venue by 3:45pm at the latest - bus transportation from three pickup spots will make sure you get there on time. First pickup is at 3pm in front of Hampton Inn Downtown Portsmouth. Second pickup is at 3:10pm in parking lot at 36 Rogers St in Downtown Portsmouth. Third pickup is at 3:25pm in front of Best Western York.

For the wedding day - ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception - dress code is formal. Suits and ties for men, longer dresses / evening gowns or suits for women. Note: wedding party will be in taupe :) For welcome drinks, dress code is dressy casual! For brunch come in whatever you feel comfortable in!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather-permitting). The reception will be indoors inside the barn.

Transportation is provided from three pickup points near the recommended hotels. First pickup is at 3pm in front of Hampton Inn Downtown Portsmouth. There is limited parking at the venue - if you will be driving, please just let us know in advance! For welcome drinks, no transportation will be provided but the welcome drinks venue is centrally located in downtown Portsmouth near the recommended hotels.

We are limiting attendance to the people included on the invitation. Age 13+ only - appreciate your understanding!

The cocktail hour will have passed apps and an open bar. The reception will include a full dinner (salad, main course, dessert) and open bar. Welcome drinks will have open bar with beer & wine, but only some snacks (please eat dinner beforehand!).

Please note any dietary restrictions/allergies on your RSVP when you select your meal. Reach out to us with any additional needs / details.

Invitations will be mailed in early 2024. Please RSVP by April 17th, 2024 at the latest (the earlier the better!).

The reception will end at 10pm - last call for the bar will be at 9:30pm. First bus will pick up around 9:15pm. Next pickup will be at 10pm. Then the bus will pick up at venue every 30 minutes until 1am. Bus will drop off at the same three locations as pickups. The afterparty will be from 10pm - 1am at the venue with late night snacks, drinks, and games!
