On their second camping trip together, Kate and Matthew stayed on a charming family-owned farm in Paso Robles. On Jue 30th, after a full day of wine tasting in Tin City, they returned to the campsite and read together as the sun set over the farm. When Matthew got up to admire the stars, Kate followed, and in that perfect, quiet moment, he told her he wanted to spend his life with her. Overcome with happy tears, Kate said yes, sealing the night as one to remember forever.

In true Matthew and Kate fashion, they continued their trip trying new things: first going to Pismo beach to ride dune buggies (and get stuck in said dune buggies), then nearly running out of gas on the way to Pine Mountain Club where they celebrated their first few days as an engaged couple, just the two of them.
