The ceremony will begin at 6pm, so we ask that guests plan to arrive at The Windsor between 5:30pm and 5:50pm. Family photos and cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony, around 6:30. Doors to the reception will open at 7:30. Dancing will begin after dinner, around 9pm, and there will be a grand sendoff for Kate and Danny at 10:50pm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors - it will be July in Texas, after all! There will be a pretty patio space available during coctail hour and the reception for any guests looking to step out for fresh air.

What will the weather be like?

Mid-July in DFW is very hot and humid, with highs averaging around 100 degrees. We recommend staying hydrated, applying sunscreen, and wearing breathable clothing.

What is the best airport to travel in to?

Both DFW and Lovefield are within 25-30 minutes of the wedding venue, depending on traffic. DFW is a major hub for American Airlines and other carriers, offering tons of flight options. Rental cars and rideshares are plentiful and easy to access. DFW is farther from downtown Dallas than Lovefield, (about 20 miles), though Carrollton is relatively close. Lovefield is smaller and more efficient with quick security lines and easy terminal access. It's also a Southwest Airlines hub and is closer to downtown Dallas if you want to stay or sightsee closer to downtown. Lovefield requires a little bit more of a walk to access the rideshare pickup/dropoff area. Overall, if you're flying Southwest or prefer a low-key airport experience, Love Field is a great choice. If you prefer other airlines or need more flight flexibility, DFW might be your best bet.

What is the dress code?

We ask that guests please dress in cocktail attire and do not wear denim. Please save your ivory, eggshell, and white dresses for another occasion, or you may find a glass of red wine spilled on you by a bridesmaid. If you're asking yourself, "is this dress too white for a wedding?" it probably is :) Examples of feminine cocktail attire: Knee-length or midi dresses, pantsuits, jumpsuits, elevated slacks and tops Examples of masculine cocktail attire: Suit & tie, blazer & dress pants

Is parking available at your wedding venue?

Yes! The Windsor has plenty of free parking right outside the venue.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

The name of every guest invited to attend will be clearly listed on your invitation. No additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your children, but ask that they only attend if their names are listed on your invitation.

When will invitations be sent? When do I RSVP?

Invitations will be sent in March 2026 and will include a QR code where you can RSVP! For the ease of our planning, we ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience.

Will there be drinks?

Yes! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be offered at our open bar.

Do you have a registry?

While gifts are very generous and not required, we do have a registry. You may find our registry list by going to the navigation bar on this website. We would also greatly appreciate donations to our honeymoon fund.

Are there any other activities planned for guests during the wedding weekend?

We’re keeping the weekend simple so everyone can enjoy their time. The only event planned is the wedding on Sunday, July 19. Our bridal party and immediate family are also invited to a welcome dinner on Saturday, July 18. If you’re included in that dinner, you’ll find the details in your invitation suite.

If I have questions about your wedding, who should I contact?
