Recently renovated hostel just a few blocks from our place. Located near a nice area full of cute shops and restaurants. They offer private rooms but shared kitchen and bathrooms.

McMenamins is a local chain of restaurants and hotels that Brett and I LOVE visiting. The Crystal Hotel is located about a half a mile from our place and is walking distance to VooDoo donuts, Pioneer Square, Powell's Bookstore, Henry's Tavern and many other restaurants, shops and bars. The best part of the hotel is the soaking pool for guests and the underground bar (one of our favorites). This may be the place that Brett and I spend the night after the wedding.

There are several Airbnb houses you can rent out for a reasonable price right around where we live. You of course can stay anywhere in Portland and be within a half hour drive but we'd love you close for events outside of the wedding. We are located in the NW Alphabet district.

The Holiday Inn in the NW district is located only about a mile from our place and within a few minute drive of Forest Park for hiking, the Portland Zoo, Rose Garden, Japanese Garden and NW 23rd-a well known shopping street lined with boutiques.
