In 2009, Brent and I met in high school where we instantly became best friends. Throughout the years, that friendship deepened into something more and we eventually took our friendship to the next level and started dating in 2015. We not only have one another as partners but also as best friends. We've gone through many life chapters together: high school, college, establishing careers, living together, and even a long-distance relationship.

After a total of 15 years knowing one another and 9 years of dating, we are finally entering the next chapter of our lives and are getting married! We are so excited to continue this journey through life as Mr. and Mrs. Shadowens. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all on one of the most special days of our lives!
