HOTEL INFORMATION:

If you booked your room at the Comfort Suites GR South AFTER August 27th, you will not be listed under our hotel block - please reach out to us so that we can accommodate for you. For guests who have booked prior to August 27th, we have you accommodated for already.

For anyone staying at the Best Western in Wayland, please also let us know since we could not have a hotel block at this location and have no way of keeping track of who is staying here.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION:

For guests who are staying at the Comfort Suites GR South: There will be sign-up sheets for the shuttle at the front desk when you check in. The shuttle pick up times will be 2:45pm and 3:25pm prior to the ceremony. Check in is 3pm. There is not a guarantee for early check in if you are arriving September 28th (you will have to call that morning to see). For people who are staying Fri-Sun, please try to sign-up for the earlier shuttle if you can so we have enough room for the people coming in on Saturday afternoon.

Please let us know which hotel you are staying at ASAP. If you are staying at another hotel that is not listed below, you do not have to reach out to us.

The hotels listed above are the hotels that will be associated with our wedding. We highly recommend booking your accommodations ASAP due to limited hotel block availability. You are welcome to stay at other hotels, as there is a surplus in the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo area.
