FYI - also looks like there is a free concert from 4pm - 6pm in River Run Village right where the welcome party is so feel free to hang there beforehand and then head on over to the welcome party!

There will be Mercedes Sprinter vans through the company Peak 1 Express making 2 loops between River Run Village (100 Dercum Square), Hyatt Place Keystone (23044 US-6) and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area (28194

US-6) starting at 3:30 PM. Please be there at 3:30PM as we don't know the exact route the vans will take and they are following each other.

The vehicles will return and begin making 2 loops starting at 9 PM at A-Basin until all guests are back to their lodging/after party.

The 6th Alley Bar and Grill is the spot to wait for the official festivities to begin. Drinks will be available to purchase, as you meet other wedding guests, before riding the chairlift to the venue location. Everyone should meet here when they arrive and will go to the chairlift once instructed by staff.

Cocktail hour will kick off the party on the patio, with beer, wine, and a few light bites available.

For the reception, we move inside the Black Mountain Lodge. Dinner will be served buffet-style, followed by dancing and celebrating!

Let's keep the party going at Snake River Saloon! The shuttles will drop us off after the reception and it's right in Keystone walking distance from the Hyatt room block. There should be a live band. Drinks and food are on your own here.
