Attire: Casual - Note that we will be in the outdoor courtyard so you may want a sweater in case it cools down.

Travel: Transportation will not be provided for the evening. You may be able to arrange taxi, but please note they are limited in Tofino. The venue is generally walking distance from anywhere in downtown Tofino.

Our wedding will take place at on Cox Bay Beach out front of Pacific Sands Resort in Tofino, BC

3:00pm Saturday July 6th, 2024

Wedding Venue: Pacific Sands Beach Resort

1421 Pacific Rim Highway, Tofino, BC

Ceremony to start at 3:30 pm. Reception to follow at the Shore Pier downtown.

Travel to and from the Beach: We are arranging buses to bring guests to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the Shore Pier. Along with your RSVP, please provide us with your accommodation address in Tofino if you would like to take the shuttle. We will be sharing a shuttle schedule a few days prior to the Big Day, stay tuned!

Transportation will also be provided at the end of the evening to ensure a safe ride home.

Parking: If you decide to drive there is a public parking lot at Cox Bay Beach, across from the visitors centre. Unfortunately there is no parking available for Non-Guests at Pacific Sands

Attire: Cocktail Party – We want you to feel luxurious while being comfortable – and most importantly, be able to tear up the dance floor! Keep in mind that the ceremony is on the beach, so wearing a chunky heel or flat shoes will work best. The sand will be fairly hard packed (see photo), however, there may be areas of soft sand.

Reception Venue: The Shore Pier

Cocktail hour will be hosted on the patio at the Shore Pier, followed by dinner and dancing indoors. The weather in Tofino can cool off at night so you may want to have a light jacket/sweater just in case :)

Please note, although we love your little ones, our wedding day will be an adults only event.
