Q + A

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to have an adults-only celebration. We hope you can still join us for a fun and relaxing evening!

Are any exceptions made for children?

The only children attending will be immediate family. If this applies to you, we will reach out directly.

How do I know if I have a plus one?

If you have been given a plus one, your invitation will specifically state it. When you RSVP, you’ll also see the number of seats reserved in your name.

Why aren’t you having a bridal party?

We’ve chosen to keep our wedding simple and stress-free by not having a traditional bridal party. This allows us to focus on celebrating with all of our loved ones equally!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Parking at the pier is available, but it works on a first-come, first-served basis and costs $40. Spaces may fill up quickly, so we highly recommend planning ahead. Additional paid parking is available at a commercial lot across the street or on Embarcadero and Broadway St.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

We kindly ask all guests to wear all black. Women should wear a floor-length black dress, and men should wear a black button-up with black slacks or a black suit.

What does "dress to impress" mean?

This is a formal event, so go all out! Think elegant, polished, and stylish. We want everyone looking and feeling their best!

Before the California Spirit Sets Sail!

Our ceremony and reception will be held aboard the California Spirit private charter boat. The entire event is enclosed and comfortable inside, but there is access to the open-air roof deck for anyone who wants to enjoy the views. Please note: San Francisco can get chilly, especially on the water. If you plan on spending time on the roof deck, feel free to bring a fur coat or a warm jacket so you can stay cozy while enjoying the skyline.
