Our Wedding

<p>You probably are asking how a girl from Southern California and a guy from South Africa met after growing up on different sides of not just the equator but the world, well it's simple we somehow  ended up living at the same crew house in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  For the first year of our relationship while working on different yachts we spend most of the time in long distance until Katie was finally able to get onboard Top Five II, the yacht Miguel was working as a deckhand. Shortly after however we ended up back in long distance when Miguel went down to the Caribbean  and Katie went up to New England to rejoin her first Yacht RENA. We finally ended back on the same yacht the following winter and spend months with each other traveling to and from the Exuma islands in the Bahamas and a short trip to Nashville where we got engaged at the vineyard that Katie worked at during covid. Here's to the continuation of our love story and the next chapter of our lives on May 17th, 2025. </p>
