R. 1º de Dezembro 118, 1200-360 Lisboa, 7, Portugal If you're in town already, please join us for a welcome drink, canapés and dinatoire! Rossio Restaurant is located on the rooftop of the Altis Avenida Hotel. Enter through the hotel lobby and take the elevator to the 7th floor.

Transportation To Venue

Pickup: H10 Duque de LouléAv. Duque de Loulé 81 83, 1050-088 Lisboa, Portugal

The buses will be leaving Hotel H10 Duque de Loulé at 3:00pm. Please do not be late as we will only have two buses picking up guests. Transportation back to Lisbon will be scheduled at 2:00am. The buses will take guests back to H10 Duque de Loulé. Guests who wish to leave earlier can easily arrange their own transportation. Ubers &amp; taxis will be available. FYI!

As of September 1, 2024, Portugal has implemented a "City tax" of €4 per person, per night at all hotels &amp; is not included in the total price of your stay. This should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older &amp; is subject to a maximum amount of €28 per guest.

Passports

Please make sure your passports are valid for another 6 months from the date you are traveling. In our case, your passport needs to be valid through November 2026 if you're traveling in May. If you need to renew your passport, please give yourself 8 - 12 weeks before your travel date.

FLIGHTS

Regarding airline, TAP is usually the most affordable option. United Airlines has several options as well. We found using Google Flights as most helpful as it allows you to track pricing trends and identify the most affordable travel dates across multiple airlines. If you're flying from Newark, the flight will most likely be overnight and take about 6 hours. Flights leaving from Newark are usually taking off around 8:30 pm - 10pm and arrive in Portugal 8am - 9am the next day.
