The Langham is just across the river from "The Loop" which is the central downtown area of Chicago. There are several major tourist attractions within walking distance, including "The Bean" sculpture, the Sears Tower, and the Art Institute.

Chicago's "Museum Campus" is home to some of the largest museums in the city, including the Field Museum, the Shedd Aquarium, and the Adler Planetarium. It is an 11-minute drive or 30-minute bus ride from The Langham. If you want to visit any of these museums, make sure to purchase tickets ahead of time because admission wait times to purchase tickets at the door can be well over an hour.
