Guests are welcome to arrive and find their seats at 3:40pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:10pm. There will be signs directing guests to the ceremony location. Please park at Legends On The Lake (inside resort gates, main building) and follow the signs.

We suggest that guests dress in formal attire with considerations for the weather (light fabrics, midi or floor length gowns, jumpsuits, linen suits, etc.). August temperatures in Lake Lure range 66°-88°. The ceremony and the reception will be held outdoors.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the Rumbling Bald Resort in Lake Lure, NC.

There are three airport options: 1. Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT), the largest airport option (1hr 45min by car to the venue). 2. Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (1hr by car to the venue). 3. Asheville Regional Airport (1hr by car to the venue).

There will be 2 Black SUVs available outside of the venue starting at 7pm (one arrives at 7pm, the other arrives at 9pm) to transport guests to their homes as needed after the reception. Please let the driver know your address. You may leave cars at the venue overnight until 9am.

Yes. There is ample parking at the wedding venue. Cars may be left overnight at the venue until 9am the following morning.
