Hotel Block -  The Westin (Manhattan)

CUTOFF DATE: Last day to book is Wednesday, September 24, 2025 Guests can stay for any of the days allocated within the hotel block date range above. If you require an extended stay beyond these dates, please contact the hotel and reference the hotel block to inquire about a longer stay at the negotiated rate. The hotel is approximately 45 minutes to the venue, depending on traffic. Please see the transportation tab for more information.

CUTOFF DATES Reservations by attendees must be received prior to September 25*, 2025 which means on 9/24/25 by midnight the discount will be close and remaining rooms will be released to our inventory. On your cutoff date, hotel will review the reservation pick up for the event and release the unreserved rooms for general sale. This hotel is conveniently located in the Bronx, a less then 20 minute car ride to the venue in New Rochelle.

This hotel is located in Astoria, Queens, an outer borough of Manhattan close to La Guardia Airport. It is a 25-30 minute car ride to the venue. Please note, there are no room blocks at this hotel. Rates will fluctuate depending on the time of booking.

The Glen Island Harbour Club can be reached via a 35 minute Taxi Ride from Midtown Manhattan, depending on traffic. The venue is also accessible via the Uptown 6 Train to Pelham Bay Park. From there, take a $15-20 Uber/Lyft/Curb Taxi

1. Is there a dress code? We’d love for our guests to dress in formal or cocktail attire. Suit and tie, formal separates, and cocktail dresses are all welcome. Please no casual wear. The ceremony and reception will be inside, but feel free to bring something warm to wear as it can get chilly in October! 2. When is the deadline to RSVP? Please RSVP as soon as possible if you already know your attendance status. The deadline will be August 25th, 2025 so we can finalize our headcount. 3. Can I bring a plus one? We would love to accommodate everyone, but we can only allow guests whose names are listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding! 4. What time should I arrive at the ceremony? Please arrive at or before 4:30pm. A Welcome Drink will be provided. 5. What should I do if I have dietary restrictions? Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 6. Where should I stay? We have reserved room blocks for our guests at a special rate. Please refer to the Hotel tab for more information. 7. Can I take pictures during the ceremony? We kindly ask guests to keep phones away for the ceremony. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony. 8. Will the ceremony and reception locations be wheel-chair accessible? Yes, the venues will be wheel-chair accessible with an outdoor ramp, and an elevator in the building to get around floors. If any additional accommodations need to be made, kindly let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. 9. Will the festivities be indoors or outdoors? The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. 10. Will there be onsite parking at the venue? Yes, if you are driving, there will be free onsite parking available. 11. Will there be any cultural or religious traditions during the wedding? There will be no specific cultural or religious traditions observed during the ceremony. 12. Will you be serving alcohol? Yes. If you show up early, there will be a welcome champagne/prosecco available prior to the ceremony. An open bar will be provided for the cocktail hour/reception.
