CUTOFF DATES
Reservations by attendees must be received prior to September 25*, 2025 which means on 9/24/25 by midnight the discount will be close and remaining rooms will be released to our inventory. On your cutoff date, hotel will review the reservation pick up for the event and release the unreserved rooms for general sale.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Bronx, a less then 20 minute car ride to the venue in New Rochelle.

This hotel is located in Astoria, Queens, an outer borough of Manhattan close to La Guardia Airport. It is a 25-30 minute car ride to the venue.


Please note, there are no room blocks at this hotel. Rates will fluctuate depending on the time of booking.
