It’s a love story more common these days, were a girl and a boy matched dating profiles. Matt and Kathleen bonded over board games, leading to their first date where Matt had invited Kathleen to play a particular favorite game of his. Kathleen said, the game was complex, but she thought Matt was very cute trying to explain everything. Matt was only thinking about how to win. In the end, all that matters is that he won Kathleen’s heart.

We have been together now for over three years, with three fur babies to keep us company. Our dog Maddie, still wines every once-in-a-while in jealousy when Matt gives his attention to Kathleen. However, over the years, she has become a momma’s girl. And our two cats, Obi-wan Kenobi and Boba Fett (catch the Star Wars reference), do as cats do, whatever they want. They make our nights & days interesting.

We fill our days and weekends with our ever busy and growing families, crazy friends, and of course enjoying a board game or two here and there. We are so excited to be embarking on this new adventure of marriage, and hopefully soon to follow, a family, of well, tiny little humans (we do not need any more fur babies). We are especially excited to share our day with all of our closest friends, family members and coworkers.
