We have reserved a block of 10 rooms for our wedding guests at the Wyndham Hotel. You can book your room in two ways:

On the booking page, under the “Special Rates” drop-down menu, select “Group Code.”

Enter our block code: 062126DAV to access the reserved rates.

Phone Booking:

Call the Wyndham directly and mention the block code 062126DAV to book your room under our wedding block.

Early Check In:

Our Check-In time is 3 p.m. We can accommodate a certain

number of early check-ins with advance notice. There is an additional charge for anyone checking in before 1 p.m. ($20 – Noon Check In & $10 – 1pm Check In)

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

We have reserved 32 rooms for our wedding guests at the Lake Pepin Motel. Please note the following important details regarding your stay:

Booking Information:

-Rooms are held under our wedding block on a first-come, first-served basis.

-Guests will need to call the Lake Pepin Motel directly to book and mention that they are part of the Wedding Ackerman/Davidson

Check-In Policies:

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.

Early check-in before 3:00 PM is available for a non-refundable $25 fee.

If you arrive early and early check-in is unavailable, the motel will store your luggage until your room is ready.

If you arrive after 7:00 PM, the motel cannot guarantee check-in or room availability, so please plan accordingly.

Additional Information:

A valid credit/debit card and photo ID are required upon check-in.

Special requests (such as adjoining rooms, specific room numbers, roll-away beds, cribs, etc.) will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed in advance.

If you request a roll-away bed, a $35 fee will be added to your bill.
