Where should I park?

If you're driving to the venue, the easiest and most convenient location to park will be in the East River Road Garage (385 E River Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55455). There will be signs directing you where to park for the DeSmidt-Carr Wedding once you're in the ramp.

Where do I go after I park?

Once you've parked in the garage, take the elevator up to the plaza level (level "1"). Then walk east to Coffman Memorial Union. Once in Coffman, take the elevators to the 4th floor.

If you want to avoid walking outside, take the elevators in the garage to level "A" and follow the signs to the "Gopher Way" tunnel to Coffman. You'll follow the tunnel and emerge in the basement of Coffman. Take the stairs, then the escalator up to the ground floor. Then take the Coffman elevators up to the fourth floor.

Sometimes navigating campus can seem like a maze, but we'll have lots of signs throughout the parking garage and in Coffman to help direct you!

***Parking for all wedding guests in the East River Road Parking Garage will be free. Please make sure to bring your ticket with you after you park! They will be validated at the venue!****

What's the food/alcohol situation?

There will be an open bar all night!

There will be appetizers available between the ceremony and reception. Dinner will be plated entrees. When you RSVP you'll select your meal preference. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please comment on your RSVP and we'll do our best to accommodate that! We'll also have some late night snacks available to help keep the party going!
