This park allows for an accessible walk of about .5 to 1 mile along Clear Creek, which runs through downtown Golden. There is a living museum with historic structures to explore.

Coors Brewery Tour

The Coors Brewery is located in downtown Golden. The one-hour tour costs approximately $25/person but it must be booked months in advance so if you're reading this in early 2024, reserve your tickets now.

Triceratops Trailhead

This is a 1.5 mile gravel hiking trail highlighting the 65 million-year-old tracks and traces from dinosaurs, birds, mammals, insects, and invertebrates, uncovered during a clay mining operation. Go to the website for directions.

Dinosaur Ridge Trailhead

The 2.5-mile round trip Dinosaur Ridge Trail has more than 15 fossil and geologic sites, each marked by interpretive signage. Go to the website for driving directions to the site.

Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
