Wedding Weekend Itinerary We're so excited to celebrate with you in Louisville! Here's what to expect for the weekend. All times are local (Eastern Time), and attire details are included below. Friday October 10, 2025 Rehearsal (Wedding Party Only)Time: 4:00 - 5:30 PMLocation: Gardencourt - 1044 Alta Vista Rd, Louisville, KYAttire: Dressy casual or cocktail attireMeet at the Brown Hotel by 4:00pm and travel together to Gardencourt for the rehearsal. If you’re flying in, the Brown Hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle. Just call the hotel (502-736-2985) after you land at Louisville International Airport to arrange pickup.
