Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will take place at The Pavilion at Crystal Lake starting at 5pm. The address is 144 Prout Hill Road. Middletown, CT 06457.

Where will I stay?

We will have a block of rooms at the Sheraton Hartford South Hotel located at 100 Capital Boulevard, Rocky Hill, CT. This hotel is about 15 minutes from the Pavilion at Crystal Lake. Room block booking ends Sunday, July 14, 2024. https://www.marriott.com/events/start.mi?id=1701455754651&key=GRP

What should I wear?

Formal/ Black Tie Optional- guests are encouraged to wear attire that fits a black tie dress code, but this is optional. Examples include a dark suit with a shirt and tie (if you don’t wish to wear a tuxedo) or a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates.

When should I arrive?

Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony time. In lieu of formal transportation from the reception to the hotel, the bride and groom will be providing an Uber code for discounted rides to assist guests in safe travel. Guests are welcome to drive to the venue and leave their vehicle overnight. Vehicles must be retrieved by 8:45am Saturday morning.

Where should I go when I arrive?

Park in the right side parking lot when pulling in and walk down towards the lake. There will be someone to greet you and show you where to go next.

How do I RSVP?

Please use your invitation QR code to access our wedding website and use the RSVP tab to submit your response.

Do you have a wedding registry?

While your presence is the only gift we would ever ask for, we have been asked to create a wedding gift registry. The registry is included under the 'registry' tab.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your wedding invite will list the names of all people invited. If the invite is addressed to just you, then there is no plus one. Your invite will also list the total number of guests.

Can take my own photos?

We ask that you refrain from taking photos or using your phone during the ceremony. We will have a link where guests can upload their reception photos.

What type of food will be served?

We'll be serving passed hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie during cocktail hour, followed by a two-course plated dinner and dessert. There are three entree options to choose from when you RSVP, as well as a vegetarian option. If you have any severe allergies or dietary restrictions please let either Alex or Grace know prior to RSVPing.
