The Northridge Inn & Resort has a variety of rooms and accommodations available. You can inform us if you wish to stay at the Northridge through our invitation (coming in January), and we'll make sure to arrange for an accommodation to meet your comfort. Northridge guests will be asked to book for two nights.

Deer Lake Wilderness Retreat is a glampground and retreat center in the scenic Almaguin Highlands, a four season getaway where there is plenty to do all year around. The space

The Bedrooms (2 TWINS, 1 QUEEN) sleep 4 and are fully furnished with bedding. The 3 piece Bath has a deep tub/shower combo, under vanity storage, and fully stocked linen closet.

The galley kitchen is completely equipped with everything you'll require to cook simply and entertain during your stay, down to the spices in the cupboard and the ample storage for your own pantry goods. The dining table comfortably seats 4 directly off the kitchen.

The home is on an artisan well, which has a UV filter and is drinkable. A Brita water dispenser is available for your use in the fridge. The home is equipped with a natural gas furnace and central air conditioning for year around comfort. The beautiful granite stone gas fireplace in the living room is a welcome sight during the cooler months and the wonderful four-season windowed+screened front porch is a great spot to spend an early morning or late evening.

A BBQ has been provided on the front deck for your use and a brick patio has been provided out back complete with 4 chairs and a beautiful firebowl some outdoor entertainment. Outside the yard is level which welcomes use of the yard games.

Beautifully renovated bright basement suite with full access to our private beach, which is arguably the nicest beach on Lake Bernard.

Very shallow water walkout which is ideal for small children but is very relaxing for big kids too!

In the winter months hit the snowmobile trails right from the house. Or, walk out and enjoy ice fishing from the house.

Minute drive to town of Sundridge and 30 minutes to Huntsville.

The space

Our home offers a modern, fully furnished basement apartment, with a separate entrance, two bedrooms, kitchen and washroom. We offer a propane barbecue for our guests to use (propane included).

We have a barrel, wood fired Sauna you are welcome to use.

We also have kayaks and a paddle board guests are welcome to use but must bring and use their own pdf’s.

We have recently upgraded to Starlink Internet making our Wifi service substantially better

We offer the essentials to get you started with your stay, coffee, tea, toilet paper and paper towel. You will want to bring or purchase more when you arrive.

Guests are welcomed and encouraged to use the beach with boat access in town.

As stated in house rules..

Our home runs on a septic system so it is very important to us that NOTHING gets flushed down the toilet that isn’t toilet paper and no grease or antibacterial soap goes down the drain.

During the summer months we book for a minimum 7 night stay. If you have special requests, please contact me.

We do NOT have cable or satellite television. There is a smart TV with Starlink internet access so you can use it to watch what you would like on your personal Netflix/ Disney etc accounts

We also offer a Stand UP Paddle board and kayaks for guests to use. You must bring and use your own PFD’s.
