Our story begins in 2016 when we started our undergrad at the University of Denver. You can see us here on the same day, wearing the same shirt, unaware that in exactly a year we would start a friendship that would morph into a partnership.

As our friendship grew at the University, we started to travel and soon found we had a shared love of the outdoors. Here we are atop our first ever 14er together. Since this photo, we have summited over 20.

We had made our romantic relationship official in summer of 2019 and enjoyed a summer of hiking. Come winter, we realized we also both loved the snow. Cue 6 years of countless winter activities together including skiing, snowshoeing, camping, hiking and snuggling by the fire.

In 2020, the pandemic hit and our graduation from DU was canceled. It was the end of an era, but also the start of our new life together. While this was an uncertain time, we used it as an opportunity to grow together.

There were too many fun activities in 2021, so here we are in winter doing what we do best, hanging out.

And here we are in summer starting a new fun activity, rock climbing. We truly realized how much we depend and trust one another when we started outdoor climbing.

One year later, here we are in Moab, UT starting a yearly summer tradition.

Exactly one year later we are back in UT trying something new. We spent the day paddle boarding down the CO river. We have spent many days since on the river together.

A few months later we took a trip to Telluride, CO to watch the aspen leaves change color. This was our first trip away where we didn't spend every night camping. We made such amazing memories we just had to visit again in 2024...

And it's a good thing we did! Here we are freshly engaged. We have had such an amazing 6 years together as a couple and even longer as friends. We could not be more excited to continue our love story.
