Yes! We will be providing round-trip bus transportation from the DoubleTree by Hilton (6505 N Interstate 35). The bus will depart the hotel at 3:00pm! If you choose to drive yourself, there is a free parking lot at The Grand Lady. If you choose to Uber/Lyft, we would recommend scheduling your return ride BEFORE you get to the venue as cell service is limited.

Cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) on the lawn, so ladies plan your shoes accordingly!

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP by September 30th, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you to still let us know at the earliest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a “no” as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors after this deadline - you will be missed!

Yes! Parking at the hotel is available in the attached garage. If you are staying with our group block you can park for $10/day. If you are not staying at the hotel you can pay to park in the garage if you wish to take the shuttle to/from the venue. Parking is free at the wedding venue if you choose to drive yourself.

Our wish for our wedding is to be intimate with our closest family and friends. With that, we ask that you check your invitation, which will indicate if you can bring a plus one. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

We do expect to have some children in attendance, however we would love for the adults to have a night off to party with us. With that, your RSVP will indicate whether or not we are able to accommodate for your child(ren).

The Grand Lady boasts a magnificent space with forest views and picture worthy architecture. While guests are encouraged to walk the grounds and enjoy the space, the main house is restricted to wedding party and immediate family only. Following the ceremony, enjoy a cocktail on the lawn before joining us in the spacious (and air conditioned!) reception hall for dinner and dancing. Due to the location, cell service may prove unreliable. Please ensure you have transportation home prepared before arriving at The Grand Lady. A bus returning to the Double Tree Austin will depart from The Grand Lady at 10:00 pm.
