In the COVID era, we both swiped right on December 31st, 2020, six days later (yes insurrection day and Uncle Mike's birthday) on January 6th, 2021, Craig and I had our first date. With masks donned and reservations for outside, we met at Basil, a Thai restaurant in Park Circle, Charleston SC. We must have been engaged in conversation, as we looked up and the whole restaurant had emptied except for us. We learned that we had grown up only 1 hour from each other, both spent a lot of time in the Outer Banks, loved experiences, travel, food, and music. We also made the connection that one of KJ's friend's, Amber, had gone to grade school with Craig. What a small world! And of course we have tennis in common! Love~Love.

Craig shared stories of his 2 beautiful girls, Rowan and Genevieve, and KJ shared stories of her insane puppy, Bodie. Pretty soon, we were spending most of our time with each other. Then we were off and traveling and meeting each other's friends and family and well, here we are! We can not wait to celebrate with each and every one of you. All of you in some way have made an impact on our lives and we couldn't be happier to have you all together in one place this October!
