Lauren is Katie's younger sister so you can say they've known each other for a long time. Favorite memory with the bride: One of my favorite memories with Katie was when she was Miss Rural Winnebago in High School. She got to ride in a convertible in the parade and after she was done they let me ride back home in it with her. I felt so cool and was so proud that she was my sister!

Favorite memory with the groom:

Mark and Cody met through Boy Scouts when they were young. Cody says “Mark was a badass back then. I was totally intimidated by Mark. He was way cooler than I was”. Later on they both attended the same college and eventually became fraternity brothers through Phi Kappa Psi.

Shauna and Katie met through Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority seven years ago. Favorite memory with the bride: Katie asked me to describe my favorite memory with her... how am I supposed to pick a favorite memory out of 7 years??? We have done just about everything together! If I had to choose just one, it would be a night back in February 2019 that I went to visit Katie and Mark in Montgomery. We got Pizzeria 201, hit up the Montgomery brewery, and then went back to Katie and Mark’s place where we stayed up drinking and playing games for hours, just the three of us. I remember laughing so hard that I cried! This is one of my favorite memories because it shows just how much we enjoy each other’s company, and I think it’s really special when you find someone who can genuinely make you laugh that hard. I couldn’t be happier she found a man that is just as funny as she is, and lets me third wheel (maybe more often than I should...love you Mark!).

Maddie and Katie met through Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority seven years ago. They were roommates for 3 years in college so Maddie has truly seen it all! Favorite memory with the bride:

Nikki and Katie first met eight years ago at move in day at Mankato. Nikki likes to say she Facebook "creeped" on Katie and convinced her to go through sorority recruitment. After a year she finally convinced her enough to join Sigma Sigma Sigma and became her big in the sorority! Favorite memory with the bride:

Chris and Mark met through Phi Kappa Psi, their fraternity in college and pretty much hit it off right away. They grew closer when they were both in leadership positions in the chapter - that’s where Chris says he got to know how hard of a worker and how passionate Mark can be for things he cares about! Favorite memory with the groom: There are so many but here are a few: the night Mark saved my life, the night I defended Marks honor, the night mark couldn’t physically be stopped, the Luigi incident, just to name a few!

Maddie and Katie met six years ago through Sigma Sigma Sigma where the "creeping" tradition continued and Katie became Maddie's big sister in the sorority. Favorite memory with the bride:It’s never a boring time with Katie, so it would be impossible to pick just one! From Mankato homecomings, halloween celebrations, Country Jam, sorority formals, spring break in South Padre Island, birthday celebrations, and many more. Katie is always true to herself and her kindness shines through in everything she does. The matchmaker herself has found her match, and Katie and Mark are the real deal. Love you both!
